Bilingual Sales Specialist

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for helping people achieve homeownership?

We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) sales specialist to join a dynamic team specializing in seller-financed homes. In this role, you’ll guide buyers through the seller-financing process, helping individuals and families secure homeownership opportunities that may not be available through traditional financing.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential buyers through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct consultations to assess buyers’ needs and financial situations.
• Educate buyers on seller financing, addressing any concerns to build trust.
• Coordinate property tours and match buyers with available homes.
• Assist buyers with paperwork and guide them through the financing process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and stay informed on market trends.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience from lead to closing.

Requirements

• Sales experience (2+ years required), preferably in real estate or finance.
• Fluency in Spanish & English (required).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized.
• Comfort with CRM software and sales tools.
• Basic real estate knowledge (experience with seller-financed homes is a plus, but training is provided).
