Childcare Center Director | Blythewood
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Childcare Center Director to lead our top-rated preschool at 10336 Wilson Boulevard! If you're eager to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Salary range: $48,000-$51,000 per year, based on relevant experience, education and credentials.
PLUS quarterly bonus potential & FREE childcare!

Childcare Director Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of childcare school, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions.
- Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
- Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
- Previous management experience at a licensed childcare center.
- Extensive knowledge of childcare management and early education.
