The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking Lead Teachers & Assistant Teachers for our top-rated school in Blythewood and on Clemson Rd. in Columbia.🌟No nights! No weekends! And make a difference every day.

Pay rate of $14-$18 per hour

Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience will be paid at the lower end of the range. Candidates with ECD 101 to an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range.

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
• Welcome our families. Engage them in conversation about their child's education, and the features and benefits of our programs.
• Have fun in everything you do!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ECD 101, CDA, or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Assistants - 30 days of paid teaching experience in a DSS licensed daycare center required
• Leads - Lead teaching experience required.
