We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Supporting the development and implementation of account strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to meet client needs.
- Handling administrative tasks such as managing contracts, processing orders, and tracking client interactions.
- Monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and suggesting improvements.
- Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and company products/services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Project/Product Manager.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of account management principles.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
