Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our team.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. 
  • Supporting the development and implementation of account strategies to achieve sales targets. 
  • Preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and reports. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to meet client needs. 
  • Handling administrative tasks such as managing contracts, processing orders, and tracking client interactions. 
  • Monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and suggesting improvements. 
  • Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and company products/services. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Project/Product Manager. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 
  • Basic knowledge of account management principles. 
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
