The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is searching for experienced Math Tutors for online assignments with one of our awesome chapters!
The Position: Math Tutor
Location: Remote, TPAPT Chapter, US ET and US CT
Classification: Contract
Hours: 5-10 hours/week
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise or experience teaching or tutoring Algebra I, II, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus.
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from a highly reputable university. We are especially interested in collegiate athletes.
- Experience as a tutor, teacher, or mentor.
- Experience with adolescents--you need to have an ability to relate easily to teenagers!
- Strong familiarity and ability to create and deliver online tutoring lessons
- Strong academic background, as evidenced by high school, college, and graduate school grades.
- A true passion for teaching
