Job Description:
- Conduct market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Oversee transport and storage of company-owned equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in sales pipeline forecasting using the Business Forecast Tool (BFT).
- Identify collaboration opportunities for product and service sales.
- Manage global mobility for technical talent, ensuring compliance with employment laws and seamless relocation support.
- Oversee risk mapping and ethics compliance based on operational geography.
- Maintain strong client engagement throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive quality assurance, process optimization, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Manage logistics, warehousing, and third-party service agreements.
- Oversee supplier payments and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement safety strategies and workplace culture initiatives.
- Investigate HSE incidents and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage employee relations, including leave requests, benefits, performance, and disputes.
- Align HR policies with legal and regulatory standards.
- Drive workforce performance analytics and process improvements.
- Oversee employee separations, including counseling and exit processes.
- Enhance employee engagement through recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Partner with business leaders to resolve performance and conflict issues.
- Align business goals with employee performance and rewards.
- Manage labor relations, including union negotiations.
- Identify and address skill gaps through competency frameworks and workforce planning.
- Support employee career development and learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and expatriation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and local country language.
- International experience, ideally with operational exposure.
- Financial acumen, including project financial management.
- Proven ability to represent the business with customers and suppliers.
- Industry experience providing infrastructure support in energy (Capex/maintenance).
- Track record of developing international business, including sales, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- 10+ years of oil and gas sector experience.
