Job Description:

• Conduct market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Oversee transport and storage of company-owned equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in sales pipeline forecasting using the Business Forecast Tool (BFT).
• Identify collaboration opportunities for product and service sales.
• Manage global mobility for technical talent, ensuring compliance with employment laws and seamless relocation support.
• Oversee risk mapping and ethics compliance based on operational geography.
• Maintain strong client engagement throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive quality assurance, process optimization, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Manage logistics, warehousing, and third-party service agreements.
• Oversee supplier payments and financial transactions.
• Develop and implement safety strategies and workplace culture initiatives.
• Investigate HSE incidents and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage employee relations, including leave requests, benefits, performance, and disputes.
• Align HR policies with legal and regulatory standards.
• Drive workforce performance analytics and process improvements.
• Oversee employee separations, including counseling and exit processes.
• Enhance employee engagement through recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
• Partner with business leaders to resolve performance and conflict issues.
• Align business goals with employee performance and rewards.
• Manage labor relations, including union negotiations.
• Identify and address skill gaps through competency frameworks and workforce planning.
• Support employee career development and learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with immigration and expatriation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluency in English and local country language.
• International experience, ideally with operational exposure.
• Financial acumen, including project financial management.
• Proven ability to represent the business with customers and suppliers.
• Industry experience providing infrastructure support in energy (Capex/maintenance).
• Track record of developing international business, including sales, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• 10+ years of oil and gas sector experience.
