Job Description
This Associate role sits within the Liquidity Risk & Stress Testing team with core responsibilities including:
• Day-to-day analysis of stress testing scenarios and significant increases in liquidity obligations
• Monitoring and handling market/liquidity risk exposures from trade execution and settlement activities
• Supporting design and review of stress scenarios based on key risk exposures
• Working closely with multiple teams (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operations, Treasury) to enhance risk management practices
• Serving as point of contact for client risk-related support and inquiries
• Contributing to new business initiatives and continuous improvement of risk systems
• Ensuring compliance with risk management policies while identifying/escalating emerging risks
The role is critical in maintaining market stability and risk management frameworks within our clearing and settlement processes.

90-115k (Tampa capped at 105k)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant financial risk/market experience
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
