Franchise Empowerment is a leading franchise consultancy that specializes in helping entrepreneurs turn their dreams of owning a successful business into reality. We provide expert guidance and support in all aspects of franchising, from market research and business planning to franchise development and training. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to join our team.

As a Mailroom Clerk at Franchise Empowerment, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. You will ensure that mail is sorted, distributed, and delivered accurately and on time. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in managing a high volume of mail and packages efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment
  • Track and document mail and package deliveries
  • Process and distribute interoffice correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Mailroom Clerk or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling mail
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
