The CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CRM campaigns aimed at improving customer lifetime value and driving retention.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to develop targeted marketing strategies and personalized communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
- Manage the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and leveraging automation to streamline marketing processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
