Requirements
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and reach out to mortgage lenders, banks, and financial institutions.
- Utilise Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold email campaigns to build a strong pipeline.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Cold Outreach & Client Engagement
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, and phone calls) to secure meetings.
- Personalise outreach efforts to maximise engagement with decision-makers.
- Follow up persistently with leads to ensure conversion.
- Leverage Saaf’s AI Agent and other AI tools to maximise your reach.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Track outreach efforts and results in HubSpot.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation performance and potential deal flow.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales/ SDR at a Fintech or mortgage/finance-related sales.
- Hustle & Persistence: Must be highly motivated, comfortable with rejection, and eager to learn.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for cold calling and emailing.
- Tech-Savvy: AI- savvy, familiar with sales tools such as HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage tech or selling to banks, lenders.
- Background in financial services, lending, or B2B SaaS sales.
- Prior experience with email outreach, cold calling and high-volume outreach.
Location: Remote/Hybrid - U.S. Only
Strong preference for candidates based in New York for in-person networking.
