For one of our clients, we are looking for a Partner Engagement Manager, Global Support Team, remotely from United States.

As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the Onebrief platform for new customers. You will work closely with military headquarters to train planners, coordinate exercises, provide technical support, and facilitate product improvements. Your role will involve a combination of hands-on product deployment, customer relationship management, and operational planning, with a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Onebrief at new customer sites, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for users, helping them fully utilize the product and its features.
  • Coordinate with customers and product engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure product functionality.
  • Conduct operational exercises to help customers assess and learn the product, both before and after the sale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including military planners and decision-makers.
  • Recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and observations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operational planning within military contexts, ideally at multi-star headquarters.
  • Strong technical aptitude; ability to master software products and engage with customers on technical matters.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding business presence within a region, particularly in the technology sector.
  • Ability to navigate large government organizations and solve complex bureaucratic challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI is required.
