We are now seeking a skilled and strategic Regional Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team. In this role, reporting directly to the VP of Partner Management & Strategy, you will play a crucial role in fostering growth through a range of regional technology partnerships, developing innovative strategies, and ensuring alignment with Sinch’s short-term and long-term plans.
As our Partner Manager, you will:
· Partnership Management: Oversee and manage relationships with strategic partners who refer customers to Sinch or resell Sinch products, ensuring mutual success and alignment with goals. Responsible for regional relationships and business models with partners.
· Partnership Development: Develop regional relationships with partners to expand Sinch's footprint on joint offerings. Responsible for cultivating key relationships with partners' regional stakeholders to drive cross-regional go-to-market strategies and growth.
· Growth: Drive growth through strategic partnerships in collaboration with regional teams. Leverage strategic partners' value propositions to drive growth across Sinch products and contribute to overall company growth.
Scaling and Performance: Enhance go-to-market (GTM) strategies, accountability, and business acumen within the partnership and supporting teams. Ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving growth and successfully managing partnerships in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of partner business models and the ability to successfully drive and implement these strategies at regional levels.
- Experience in driving financial results through strategic partnerships and ecosystem management.
- Strong understanding of platform ecosystem dynamics, including third-party software integrations and solution development.
- Experience in setting priorities and executing partnership strategies that align with mutually agreed objectives.
- Proficiency in balancing investments and focus across various partnership types, including strategic, value-add, and transactional sales plays.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize performance across regional and segment levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels and with external partners.
- Experience working in a regional organization and navigating a matrix structure. This background enables you to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and regions, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and strategies.

The annual starting salary for this position ranges $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
