For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Deployment & Implementation Specialist, working remotely from Europe or the United States.
As a Senior Deployment & Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of a media asset management platform. You will work closely with administrators and end users to guide them through workflow options, best practices, and critical decisions during implementation and beyond. This role requires a strong understanding of post-production workflows, from content ingestion to final delivery, as well as a passion for training and supporting users. You will collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and engineers, to refine training programs and improve user experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to define goals, timelines, and success metrics for platform deployment.
- Lead training and consultation sessions, identifying key areas of focus for platform optimization.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth adoption of the platform.
- Work with engineers and support teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues, including API-related challenges.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize media management processes.
- Document deployment strategies, customer progress, and feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media asset management, digital media workflows, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of video and audio formats, codecs, and post-production workflows.
- Experience with media asset management platforms, such as Iconik or similar systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
