For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Director, Implementation, working remotely from the United States.

As the Senior Director, Implementation, you will lead the operational success of new market entries, managing the implementation process for firsthand’s field operations. This role is critical for driving the successful launch and long-term performance of new teams in various regions. Your focus will be on ensuring the proper setup of hiring processes, training, office space, and overall team preparedness for the first 90-120 days. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams across different functions to ensure a smooth transition into each new market, keeping performance and cultural standards at the forefront.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable processes for market entry, focusing on speed, efficiency, and execution quality.
  • Manage the success of newly launched teams during their first 90-120 days, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
  • Work closely with the Growth and Business Operations teams to analyze market demographics and effectively incorporate client data.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting to ensure new market hiring is on track and aligns with overall operational needs.
  • Partner with Learning & Development and People teams to ensure new team members are well-prepared and aligned with team culture.
  • Oversee the selection, configuration, and management of physical office space for new markets.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices from prior markets to ensure success across all new operations.
  • Represent the company culture and brand within both internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with a deep understanding of multi-site operational implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational implementation within a healthcare-focused business.
  • Strong leadership experience in a dynamic, early-stage or growth company.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams and functions.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid, sometimes ambiguous environment, making decisions with autonomy and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Google Suite, and other tools for asynchronous work.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to support communities and prospective markets.
