Full Job Description
JWe are looking for a new staff who wants to work remotely from home. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various sources into our database and ensure consistent quality of information.
- Review and validate information from application requisitions.
- Generate and maintain spreadsheets and reports as needed.
- Update existing records, ensuring that all information remains current.
- Conduct regular audits and verify data against source documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth data operations.
- Perform backups of data to prevent loss and ensure preservation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a data entry clerk or in a related field.
- Proficient typing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Basic knowledge of database management.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus.
