Quality of Earnings Contractor

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/CPA to join our team on a contractor basis, specializing in Quality of Earnings (QofE) engagements. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of financial statement analysis, due diligence, transaction advisory services and experience with quality of earnings reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Quality of Earnings analyses to assess the financial health of client businesses.
• Review and evaluate financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and value-add to our clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices to ensure our analyses meet or exceed expectations.
• Communicate findings effectively to clients, providing insights that enable informed decision-making.
• Stay updated with regulatory requirements and accounting standards related to GAAP and IFRS.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality of Earnings reports. Please provide when applying.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or audit positions.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
