Full Job Description

TechFlow’s success in the Energy and Mobility marketspace has created an opportunity to add a Program Management Analyst focused exclusively on Energy and Mobility. The Program Management Analyst will have business and project management background with experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously. The Program Management Analyst will work closely with Engineers and Business Unit Leaders to track, assist, and report on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the SmartSheet operating environment.
  • Analyze operational data.
  • Analyze project financial reports.
  • Recommend improvements to the SmartSheet operating environment in anticipation of increasing project scale, scope, and business growth.
  • Support Project Managers to identify project and program risks.
  • Support Project Managers with the tracking of material, production, and project costs.
  • Support post-project evaluations and participate in project management process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or at least 3 years highly relevant work and systems experience).
  • 5+ years of prior program analysis (or equivalent) experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency as a lead administrator/trainer of SmartSheet.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully manage tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Project & Excel, invoicing and/or project costing software.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with energy, mobility, and sustainability projects.
  • Experience with federal government project performance.
