As an LMHC, you’ll help clients achieve progress while feeling supported every step of the way.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and full benefits

Your Role:

• Facilitate therapy sessions that foster emotional healing and personal growth
• Work alongside a team of doctors, nurses, and other mental health experts to create holistic treatment plans
• Follow up with psychiatrists for clients admitted to the hospital to ensure they receive the best care possible
• Provide emotional support and practical strategies for families and caregivers navigating mental health challenges

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.

·         Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
