Senior Electrical Project Manager

Headquartered in the Seattle area with teams across the nation, we are a booming MEP design and engineering services firm seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction and project management, with the ability to oversee large and complex projects. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relations, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your leadership skills and technical expertise will be crucial in driving project success and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee the development of project specifications and scope of work.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and designers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical design and project management for complex systems
• Technical expertise with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and similar tools
• Diverse project experience across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
• Educational background preferred, such as a technical degree, LEED certification, and/or EE license in WA
• Professional experience with client development, proposals, and other customer-facing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client relationships effectively.
