Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
