The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation processes to enhance customer engagement and streamline marketing efforts across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing automation strategies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to optimize automation processes and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of the marketing automation platform with other systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in marketing automation and data management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or related roles.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and measure success metrics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset focused on improving customer experiences.
